eJPT – Penetration Testing Student
The eJPT (eLearnSecurity Junior Penetration Tester) certification is designed for individuals aiming to enter the field of penetration testing, specifically as a junior member of a cybersecurity team. It focuses on essential skills such as assessment methodologies, host and network penetration testing, as well as web application penetration testing.
The certification path includes comprehensive training that covers practical skills, including how to perform penetration tests on networks, hosts, and web applications. The hands-on, practical approach is designed for those at the beginning stages of their cybersecurity careers. Additionally, the exam is an open-book, practical test that includes both multiple-choice questions and hands-on labs, giving you 48 hours to complete it.
